Vendors:
Literature tables and display areas are available to groups, vendors, and publishers at the following rates. Deadline to reserve and pay for Exhibitor Space is 15 October. Please contact Dr. S. Charusheela at charu@hawaii.edu for more information.

Rates for VENDOR/PUBLISHER Tables*:
$300 per table for a full table
$175 for half table (shared with another vendor-display)

*Table rate includes registration for staffers: 2 for full table, 1 for half table.
For smaller displays, cost is on a per book basis.

Rates for SMALL/NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION Tables:
$15 flat fee for display space, plus conference registration fee for person(s) staffing the table.

 

Advertisements:
Ad space in the conference program is available at the following rates. All ads must be camera ready. Deadline to reserve and pay for Ad Space is 15 September; camera ready ads are due 30 September (for convenience, camera ready ads may be sent electronically as picture files). Please contact Dr. S. Rates for Program Ads:
$300 for full page ad
$175 for half page ad
$100 for quarter page ad
