To pre-register for the conference, please type in your information and then print out the registration form that is available here in Rich Text Format (RTF) or here in Portable Document Format (PDF). Please use a separate pre-registration form for each registrant or participant. Please mail your pre-registration form with the appropriate fee to:

Pre-registration payments may be made by Visa or MasterCard, or by check made payable to AESA drawn on a U.S. bank.

Pre-Registration Rates:
•Full Regular Rate $80 (at Conference $90)
•Full Low-Income Rate $30 (at Conference $35)
•Two-day Regular Rate $60 (at Conference $70)
•Two-day Low-Income Rate $20 (at Conference $25)
•One-day Regular Rate $40 (at Conference $50)
•One-day Low Income Rate $10 (at Conference $15)

To submit a paper or panel proposal, please follow the guidelines for paper or panel proposals described on the Submission of Proposals page.

The appropriate registration fee must accompany all proposal submissions. Unfortunately, any submitted proposal not accompanied by the appropriate preregistration fee cannot be considered. Proposals which are not accepted will have their preregistration fees returned in full.
