Vendor Information

DATES AND VENUE
The conference will be held from November 5 to November 8, 2009 (Thursday through Sunday) at the Campus Center, University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

RATES
A. Rates for PROGRAM ADS
• $300 for full page ad
• $175 for half page ad
• $100 for quarter page ad

B. Rates for VENDOR/PUBLISHER Tables
• $300 per table for a full table
• $175 for half table (shared with another vendor-display)
• For smaller displays, $20 cost is on a per book/display item basis.
NOTE: Table rate includes registration for staffers: 2 for full table, 1 for half table

C. Rates for SMALL NON-PROFIT Organization Tables
• $30 per table for a full table, Plus Conference registration fee for person(s) staffing the table.
